This dark chocolate dessert is a must-have for gourmet cuisine featuring 63% organic and fair trade cocoa. Chocolate-based cakes will take on a new dimension with the mix of national varieties from Ecuador and the strength of chocolate from the Ivory Coast. Microwave cooking is recommended: Break the tablet into small pieces in a microwave-safe glass container. Heat for a minute at 500w. Stir. Heat again for 30 seconds at 500 w. Mixture. Repeat the operation if necessary. Conction to a water bath: Break the tablet into small pieces. Place a large pot of water and a small one with the chocolate. Heat over low heat without boiling the water. As soon as the chocolate starts to melt, stir regularly. May contain traces of nuts, milk, sesame and gluten. IT-BIO-014
