Description

The Wheat grain to germinate Bio from Nature et Partage is ideal for salads, soups or wok. For a wheatgrass juice, the sprouts have to reach 15 cm to extract the juice. The juice is consumed immediately after extraction. It is recommended to wash the beans well before soaking them. The wheat will take about 2-3 days to germinate. It is advisable to spray with filtered water if possible, to keep the soil moist. Sprouted wheat should be eaten raw, in 0.5 cm shoots or 1 cm shoots. Do not forget to wash the germinated seeds well before consuming them. If you don't eat them right away, store them for a few days in the refrigerator in a container with a lid. For a wheatgrass juice, wait for the shoots to grow and harvest the 15cm strands to extract the juice. Wheatgrass juice should be consumed immediately after extraction. Store in a cool, dry place.
