Organic Dupuy Lentils 500 g

Dupuy Bio Lentils from El Granero Integral is a legume of French origin with a higher mineralization than other lentils, used for soups, broths or salads. This product comes from soil with much more potent mineralization, which increases its general iron contribution. Its rich content of B vitamins is complemented by a low fat content. They are an essential contribution to a diet for cardiovascular patients, due to their richness in fiber (which favors digestion, the absorption of fats from food and helps intestinal flora). It is recommended to wash the legume and leave it to soak overnight. The next day cook with 3 measures of water for 1 of lentils for 1-2 hours, depending on taste.
