Naturcid's Organic Carob Flour comes from the carob tree, a member of the legume family, and is cultivated in the Mediterranean. Origin: Spain. Carob flour limits hunger and food cravings. It helps reduce body weight. High content of: fiber, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), potassium, calcium, copper. Source of: vitamin B6, iron, manganese. Very low content of: salt. It can be used for cooking, baking, adding to mueslis, baked goods, sauces, creams and smoothies. Ideal for making desserts as a substitute for chocolate. May contain traces of mustard and nuts.
