Rice Basmati Integral Bio from Biocop, is a variety of long grain rice famous for its delicate fragrances and its exquisite flavor. Her name in Hindi means: queen of fragrances. Basmati rice is grown organically in the Himalayan mountain range. This product has the highest nutrient content of any rice. Vitamins B, E and K predominate among the many it contains. It is a source of complex carbohydrates as it contains 45 g for every 216 calories. For diabetics, with the right proportions it can help keep blood sugar levels within acceptable limits. It is recommended to wash with cold water and to cook with water: 1 part of rice with 2-2.5 of water. Cook: 5 minutes on high heat, 40 minutes approx. on minimum heat and 10 minutes of rest. May contain traces of soya, sesame, nuts, peanuts and lupins. Keep in a cool and dry place. CCPAE
