Organic Whole Basmati Rice Contains vitamins B, E, and K. It also contains minerals among which manganese stands out, as well as 21% magnesium, 27% selenium, iron, calcium, copper, potassium, zinc. It is a good source of complex carbohydrates, which provide energy to the brain and central nervous system. It provides a large amount of protein and fiber. It helps maintain blood sugar levels within acceptable ranges. It is recommended to wash it, additionally, its long grain to lengthen more needs to be optimally hydrated. For these two reasons, it is advisable to immerse the basmati rice in plenty of fresh water for 60 or 90 minutes and gently beat it so that the water penetrates the grains. Then it will be drained and washed with fresh water. This technique ensures that the grains do not break and a better consistency and greater looseness of the cooked basmati rice are obtained, it will be cooked for about 15 minutes.
