Organic Barley Flakes 500 g

El Granero Integral barley flakes is a cereal with more protein than wheat and with much less gluten than this. It provides lysine, a limiting amino acid in wheat. It contains inositol, choline, B vitamins, folic acid and vitamin K. It also provides a good source of potassium, magnesium and phosphorus and in the trace elements iron, sulfur, copper, zinc, manganese, chromium, selenium, iodine and molybdenum. Barley is a cereal with a high fiber content, especially soluble (beta glucans). In addition, barley provides other beneficial substances for health, such as lignans, antioxidant agents.
