In intense and prolonged exercises it is advisable to complement it with an extra contribution of energy. Quick-use carbohydrates. Contains electrolytes, minerals and vitamin B1. Energy intake: 29 kcal/100 ml (149 kcal/500 ml). Tested and controlled rapid assimilation formula. Recommended for before, during or after exercise. It is recommended to use during warm-up (150 to 300 ml), as well as during and after exercise (150 ml every 15 minutes). It is important to follow a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. May contain lupine, celery, peanuts, crustaceans, molluscs, mustard, fish, sesame, soy, milk, cereals containing gluten, nuts, eggs and their derivatives. Store in a cool, dry place.
