Plant-based vitamin D Optim D3 is a food supplement rich in vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), 100% natural and entirely of plant origin. It is an ideal vitamin D for vegans or vegetarians. The vitamin D used in Optim D3 is vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), the form synthesized by our skin when exposed to the sun. Oily form for good absorption Vitamin D3 Optim D3 is blended with organic coconut oil extract for optimal absorption. Indeed, the oily form allows good assimilation of vitamin D3 during or outside of meals. A product for the whole family Optim D3 provides 12.5 mcg (500IU) of vitamin D3 per drop, that is, 250% of the Recommended Daily Allowance. Gluten Free – Lactose Free – Vegan (Registered with the Vegan Society Recommended for children 1 to 10 years: take 1 or 2 drops daily. For children over 11 years and adults: take 2 drops daily. Unscrew the cap and invert the bottle vertically. Wait 5 to 10 seconds for the first drop to fall. There's no need to shake the bottle once it's inverted. Store in a cool, dry place (15-25°C). Protect from direct sunlight. At temperatures below 15°C, the oil may partially solidify. This does not affect the product's quality.
