Betula's Optiferrum is a food supplement based on iron, vitamins and minerals. Red blood cells (erythrocytes) are the most abundant cellular components of the blood. They are cells without a nucleus that form in the bone marrow and contain hemoglobin, a protein with an iron core that carries oxygen from the lungs to all body tissues so they can obtain energy. Optiferrum provides iron that contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and normal energy metabolism. With vitamin C that improves iron absorption. With vitamin A (in the form of beta carotene) and vitamin B2 that contribute to normal iron metabolism. With copper that contributes to the normal transport of iron in the body. With folic acid that contributes to the normal formation of blood cells. With vitamin B6 and B12 that contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells. With vitamins B1 and B3 that contribute to normal energy metabolism. It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, preferably with water or fruit juice, half an hour before meals or on an empty stomach.
