Once a Day is a probiotic supplement with six specially selected probiotic strains, containing 10 billion live bacteria per capsule. Once a Day helps digest lactose, a FODMAP found in milk, cheese, and other dairy products. Probiotics are live microorganisms, also known as good bacteria, that can complement the body's own gut bacteria in the intestinal flora. Gut flora is a collective term for all the bacteria that live in the intestines, each of which performs different tasks. The types and amounts of bacteria present in the gut flora vary from person to person. It is recommended to take the capsule once a day at a set time. If you have trouble swallowing, you can open the capsule and take the contents separately, or dissolve it in a glass of water. Recommended dosage: Take 1 capsule daily.
