Omnia Omega 3 from Betula, is a food supplement based on Purified, Concentrated and Stabilized Fish Oil. The importance of the Omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA), is becoming more and more highlighted. Omnia Omega 3 provides 350 mg of EPA and 250 mg of DHA per capsule. Obtained from anchovies and sardines, small fish located at the base of the food chain. The oil undergoes a purification process that eliminates odors and guarantees contaminant levels well below the limits established by the EU. With vitamin E to guarantee the freshness and stability of the oil. Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) helps maintain normal brain and vision function. It is recommended to take 1 to 3 capsules daily with meals. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
