Omega 3 Forte Epa + Dha from Physalis contains omega 3 EPA (36%) and DHA (24%) polyunsaturated fatty acids in a natural EPA / DHA ratio of 1.5. Our diet provides proportionally too much omega 6 and not too much omega 3. DHA contributes to the good state of brain function and sight (** the beneficial effect is obtained by daily consumption of 250 mg of DHA). EPA and DHA contribute to maintaining blood pressure and triglyceride levels at a normal level (the beneficial effects are obtained by daily consumption of 3 g and 2 g of EPA + DHA, respectively). 1 capsule daily (heart function) / 2 capsules daily (eye and brain development in fetuses and infants*) / 3 capsules daily (brain function - vision). Take during meals with a little water. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Consult your doctor if you are taking anticoagulants at the same time. Store in a cool (max. 25°C), dry place, protected from light.
