Fish oil is the main source of EPA and DHA, long-chain Omega-3 fatty acids, essential for the well-being and health of the body, especially the cardiovascular system. As vegetable sources we find Linseed oil, an excellent source of Omega-3 linolenic acid and Omega-6 linoleic acid, as well as other fatty acids, and Evening primrose seed oil, a source of various unsaturated fatty acids, especially gamma-linolenic acid. Finally, there is Vitamin E, which thanks to its antioxidant power guarantees the stability of the formula and has a protective action on cell membranes. It is recommended to take preferably before meals, with a little water or other drink. Keep out of the reach of children under the age of three.
