Chromium Picolinate regulates blood glucose levels thus reducing the need for carbohydrates. Phasolamin interferes with the carbohydrate digestion process, reducing the absorption of calories. Green Tea is a plant that due to its properties acts as an antioxidant, thermogenic and diuretic. It is recommended to take half an hour before the main meals. Accompany with a large glass of water.
