Nutritional Yeast enriched with vitamin B12 in Salud Viva flakes come from the Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain. It is a pure yeast, grown on sugar beet, inactivated and dried at low temperature in a rotary drying drum. In this way, the best quality yeast is obtained. No Magnesium Stearate, No Silicon Dioxide... Only the listed ingredients. This yeast is enriched with vitamin B12, to promote the contribution of this essential vitamin in people who follow a vegan diet. It is also enriched with zinc, a trace element usually lacking in all diets. Nutritional yeast does not proliferate candida in our body, since it is an inactive yeast. When speaking of deactivated yeast, it means that when mixed with water or sugar, the natural fermentation process does not start. Can be consumed by people with yeast infections. It is recommended to sprinkle on salads, soups, smoothies, sauces ... May contain traces of nuts and sesame.
