Nutrabasics Omega 3, 6 and 9 from Drasanvi is a food supplement rich in essential polyunsaturated fatty acids. Omega 3, 6 and 9 perform different functions within the body and it is necessary to incorporate balanced doses of these substances. Omega 3 and Omega 6 are essential polyunsaturated fatty acids, Omega 3s include Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA), Stearidonic Acid (SDA), Eicosatetranoic Acid (ETA), Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA), Docosapentanoic Acid (DPA) and Docosahexanoic Acid (DHA). Omega 6 includes, among others, Linoleic Acid (LA), Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA) and Arachidonic Acid (AA). Omega 9s are not unsaturated fatty acids. The well-known oleic acids, present in olive oil and sunflower oil, among others, belong to this group. Thanks to its contribution of Alpha Linolenic Acid, Linoleic Acid, and Oleic Acid, Drasanvi Omega 3-6-9 pearls contribute to maintaining normal blood levels of lipoproteins. Oleic Acid is an unsaturated fat. Consume one pearl a day, preferably with food. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
