Drasanvi's Nutrabasics Omega 3-6-9 performs various functions within the body, and balanced doses of these omegas are essential. It helps maintain normal blood HDL levels. Omega 3s include Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA), Stearidonic Acid (SDA), Eicosatetranoic Acid (ETA), Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA), Docosapentanoic Acid (DPA), and Docosahexanoic Acid (DHA). Omega 6s include, but are not limited to, Linoleic Acid (LA), Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA), and Arachidonic Acid (AA). Omega 9s are not Unsaturated Fatty Acids. The well-known oleic acids, present in olive and sunflower oil, among others, belong to this group. Consume one pearl a day, preferably with food. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
