AD Naturam Organic Nutmeg Essential Oil is a 100% natural and pure essential oil, whose scent is reminiscent of wood, spices or even pepper. What we use to create the essential oil is the fruit of the nutmeg tree, a plant that can reach up to fifteen meters in height and native to the Banda Islands, Indonesia. Nutmeg fruit varies in size and color from light beige to brown. When harvested, the nutmeg is surrounded by a shell that splits in two in half. Nutmeg essential oil is particularly useful not only in the kitchen, but also as an ally against stress and small joint or muscle disorders.
