Requires access to only one side of the workpiece, nut can be installed after painting or other final finishing operations to provide a robust screw anchor therefore eliminating problems of welding and material distortion. Simple to use only one operation is required from one side. Dual action may be used as blind fastener or screw anchor. Strong thread at least 6 thread turns, even if used on thin materials.
