Nua DHA 500 is a dietary supplement with a high concentration of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), a type of marine fat found in oily fish and belonging to the omega-3 family. Along with EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), DHA is one of the most important fatty acids for health. Omega-3 fatty acids cannot be manufactured by the body, so they depend entirely on diet for their supply. However, it is difficult to obtain the required levels through food alone. This dietary supplement comes from anchovies and provides one of the highest levels of omega-3 on the market (approximately 90-93% of the pearl). Furthermore, Nua DHA 500 is presented in triglyceride form, ensuring maximum bioassimilation. The goal is for you to take advantage of all the omega-3 this supplement can provide to obtain the following benefits. It is recommended to take 1 pearl a day with food. It should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. It can have laxative effects if consumed in excess.
