Now Foods supplement containing 1 g of vitamin C, 25 mg of rosehip powder and 25 mg of a citrus bioflavonoid complex. The product is released gradually over two hours. Due to the vitamin C content, it is especially recommended for colds.The product includes:Vitamin C – in the form of ascorbic acid, it is one of the water-soluble vitamins. It is a natural antioxidant that is used, for example, against colds. This vitamin plays a very important role in the body. Possible vitamin C deficiencies cause scurvy, fragility of blood vessels, reduced body immunity, problems with wound healing, joint pain and improper healing of bones after fractures. Citrus bioflavonoid complex - substances supporting the action of vitamin C obtained from ripe citrus fruits such as oranges or grapefruits. Rosehips - contain very large amounts of easily absorbable vitamins C, A, E, K, B vitamins, carotenoids, organic acids and pectin. Naturally, wild rose bushes occur in almost all of Europe, North Africa, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. It is recommended to take one tablet once or twice a day, preferably with meals.
