Nigari (prepared for tofu) 100 g

Nigari is the liquid that results in the extraction of kitchen salt from seawater. This nigari is prepared following the traditional method, leaving it to dry in the sun. Contains no chemical impurities or contaminants. Rich in trace elements, it is the best rennet for preparing tofu. Made in a facility that also uses soy and gluten- containing grains. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and moisture.
