Eustachi helps clear ears using air, ideal when yawning, chewing or pinching nose and blowing aren't enough. It works by delivering regulated air into the nose to open Eustachian tubes as you swallow. The air is delivered into the nostril where it reaches the Eustachian tube openings with a swallowing motion. Eustachi does not clean ear wax, but helps open Eustachian tubes to prevent fluid accumulation in the middle ear. It's different from the Valsalva Maneuver as it allows for natural opening of Eustachian tubes and can be used on someone else.
