Natupur 20 packets

NatuPur sachets contain exclusively seeds from the isphagula plant, also known as Indian plantain, which help intestinal transit and are recommended in cases of occasional constipation and in conditions in which easy evacuation is desired, such as during pregnancy or suffering from hemorrhoids. These seeds contain a high level of soluble dietary fiber which, in contact with water, increases in size. It is recommended to take one packet of NatuPur seeds in the morning and another at night. Pour the contents of the packet into approximately 100 ml of water, let it sit for a while to swell, and then eat them. Then, drink one or two glasses of water. Depending on your needs, you can take up to six sachets spread throughout the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
