This menstrual cup can be used during the day and even at night and allows the realization of any sport. It is recommended to fold to facilitate insertion. If Natù has been inserted correctly, it fits perfectly and can be used for up to 8 hours continuously, depending on the intensity of the menstrual flow. Then it can be easily removed, emptied and washed with water and then re-introduced.
