Description

Ecover mung bean sprouts are ideal for oriental dishes, lightly steamed and accompanied with soups or salads. It is recommended to soak 8 hours. Place them on the germinator trays. Ambient temperature and good lighting conditions. Moisten 2-3 times a day until complete germination (3-4 days). During the germination process, the seeds will have increased at least 4 times their volume. Follow the directions in the product table. Before consuming them, wash them well. The sprouts produced are kept in the refrigerator for 1 week.
