Le haricot mungo Fructivia peut maintenant être consommé cru sous forme germée ou cuit comme un haricot. Les produits Fructivia proposent le meilleur des plantes et des fruits à travers des concentrés, des fruits aux extraits de plantes, des boissons aux plantes et aux fruits 100% naturelle ou encore, des super-aliments en poudre.  Il est recommandé de le cuire 35 minutes dans 3 fois son volume d'eau. Assaisonner comme les légumineuses. En Germination : Pour faire germer ces graines, une bonne aération, un rinçage quotidien, une température adaptée (modérée) et une culture à l'abri de trop de lumière sont nécessaires. Commencez par baigner les graines dans un bol d'eau chaude. Une fois les graines trempées dans l'eau, rincez-les bien. Placez-les dans votre germoir en pensant à les rincer deux fois par jour jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient prêts à être consommés. Temps de germination : 4 à 6 jours. Le taux de germination n'est pas garanti. Conserver dans un endroit frais et sec.
