Multivit 4G defences from Forté Pharma is an ideal multivitamin to cover the daily needs of vitamins, minerals and trace elements and provide defences. Its complete formula combines: 12 Vitamins, with a minimum full dose of recommended nutritional values 7 Minerals, essential for the proper functioning of our body The 4G energizing plant complex: Ginseng, Guarana, Royal Jelly and Ginger. Multivit 4G defenses is reinforced with Vitamin D and Zinc that contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system and with Royal Jelly, a nutritional concentrate designed to nourish the queen bee, giving it great longevity. In addition, it contains: Guarana: helps reduce fatigue and contributes to alertness. Iron and vitamin B12: help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Gluten-free. Lactose-free. Egg-free. Soy-free. Phenylalanine-free. No added sugars. Iodine-free. It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day with a glass of water (200 ml), for 30 days, preferably in the morning. It is recommended to use it for 1 to 2 months, from the first signs of fatigue. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
