Bequisa's Multibeq Energy is a dietary supplement based on minerals and vitamins. The vitamins (C, B6, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, folate, and B12) help reduce tiredness and fatigue. It is recommended to take 10 ml per day. It can be taken directly or diluted with fruit juice.
