Viridian's Multi Men is specifically formulated to be an exceptional male supplement formula. A combination of: Zinc, Selenium, Vitamin B6, Copper, Folic Acid and Vitamin B12 Contains zinc which is an essential mineral for many bodily processes including the maintenance of normal cognitive function, vision, reproduction, hair, skin and nails and the immune system. It also contains selenium which contributes to normal spermatogenesis (the creation of sperm), the maintenance of normal hair and nails, the normal functioning of the immune system, the normal functioning of the thyroid and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
