The Montana Infrared Heater provides transitive Infrared heating. The air optimally heated by infrared lamps spreads quickly and evenly throughout the entire room. This is called Transitive Infrared Heating, as opposed to Static Infrared Heating (which only emits radiant heat in the immediate vicinity of the heater). How to use: 1- Plug the plug into the socket 2-Switch on the heater with the main on-off switch on the back of the device. A red indicator light now comes on that uses only 0.1 watts. 3- Use the remote control or press the Power button on the front of the heater to turn the heater on. To switch off: Turn off the heater with the remote control or press the Power button. The Fan will continue to run until the thermostat in the heater has cooled down sufficiently. So do not pull the plug out of the socket or turn off the heater with the ON/OFF button on the back of the heater because then the thermostat will disrupt.
