Ambidextrous access by carry handle The medical pouch features an open-ended ambidextrous design that lets you grab the left or right handle and yank out the insert to access the IFAK contents, without removing the roll from the carrier. This enables high-speed access to inner contents and allows a quick handoff to a teammate in need. 2-in-1 quick deploy design The IFAK Pouch is divided into a medical roll bag and an insert carrier. The outer roll includes four elastic loops for glow sticks, chem lights, or markers and a segment of shock cord for a tourniquet. The insert contains two elastic loops to keep medical essentials secure yet visible. Two large compartments toward the bottom can fit QuikClot bandages, chest seals, or other flatter IFAK supplies. Multi-carry pattern MOLLE compatible with multiple back attachment points to accommodate different mounting configurations. The package includes two MOLLE clips to attach to a chest rig, military backpack, or other MOLLE systems. A 3" width horizontal slot and a 2.5" horizontal slot can be fixed on a waist belt or battle belt for easy access.
