The properties of Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi) contained in MARNYS® β-glucanforte Mix, make it useful in contributing to the body's natural defenses.
The Shiitake mushroom is one of the five most cultivated edible mushrooms in the world, and it is composed of polysaccharides (alpha and beta-glucans), lipids, minerals and vitamins, especially vitamin D.
The Maitake mushroom is appreciated in the traditional Chinese and Japanese herbalism as a fungus that favors the well-being of the body, and its composition includes polysaccharides (beta-glucans), phenols and flavonoids, α-tocopherol, proteins, vitamins and trace elements.
It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, preferably on an empty stomach.
