Description

Spelled minestrone soup mix from La Finestra Sul Cielo forms part of a complete range of mixes for cereal and legume soups, they are rich and particular for every taste, they can be cooked and seasoned as desired with oil, shoyu or gomasio and seasoned with herbs and spices. It is recommended to wash the product and bring to boiling about 1.8 liters of lightly salted water. Add 400g of farro soup and mix. Leave to cook for about 25 minutes on low heat. Season with oil, soy sauce or gomasio.
