Description

1. A 45 degree adjustable metal stone mitre clamp is primarily used for joining marble, natural tile stone, or similar sheets at 45 degree seams. 2. If two workpieces are processed into 45 degree edge bevels, clean the 45 degree tapered surfaces, then fit them together at a 90 degree angle. Use this device in the plastic extrusion seam method. 3. Place the wider stone at the bottom on the fixture's work surface, which is covered with white rubber. Position the narrower stone near the 90 degree inner side of the device. 4. Adjust the two binder levers using the spring mechanism to raise them to the upper position of the workpiece. Then, tighten the screws on of the binder levers to secure the workpiece in place, maintaining a perpendicular position for a certain period until the joint is fully connected and tight. Finally, release the clamp.
