Mincartil turmeric from Soria Natural is a dietary supplement made from plant-based amino acids (soy and rice), enriched with vitamins and minerals, and reinforced with Curcuma longa. Recommended for people with joint and muscle problems or discomfort (athletes, etc.). It is recommended to take 1 tablespoon (10 g) a day, preferably divided into 2 doses, for better bioavailability. Dissolve in a small glass of water, fruit juice, or yogurt, and consume with meals. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
