It is a food supplement for athletes (for training or competitions) for the replacement of water and electrolytes lost through sweat. With a formulation of minerals, vitamins and sweeteners. For all situations with high sweat losses. Stabilizes water and mineral based physiology. Shorten the regeneration time. It reduces the decrease in resistance and helps improve it. It is recommended to use 10 grams (2 teaspoons) dissolved in 300 ml of cold water. If sweat loss is up to 1 liter per hour, the amount consumed should be at least the same amount as the sweat volume. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Once the container is opened, it must be closed tightly again with the plastic lid and stored in a dry place. Keep out of the reach of children.
