Terrasana millet amazake is a Japanese vegetable sweetener. Made in Japan according to traditional techniques. An unrefined, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free amazake. An alternative to milk, eggs and sugar. Use amazake as a sugar substitute (especially in shakes and ice creams), as an alternative to eggs, or as a base for your cake, dessert, or cookie. It is also delicious on pancakes or for breakfast. Authentic Japanese sweetener Slightly less sweet than rice amazake Made from fermented millet great for baking Ideal for breakfast or Japanese pancakes It is recommended to use about 50 g of amazake to replace 1 egg. If you want to replace the sugar, start with half a jar of amazake and make the cake batter with coconut oil or shortening, flour, baking powder, non-dairy milk, and spices or superfoods. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3 days in an airtight container.
