Lamberts Milk Thistle helps purify the liver and body, and also helps general health. Although it is better known as Milk Thistle, St. Mary's Thistle, or Milk Thistle, among others, Silybum Marianum (scientific name) has Silymarin as its active ingredient. Silymarin is composed of three isomers called silybin, silydianin and silychristin, all of which are classified as flavonolignans, with silybin being the most important component. 8.5 grams of the plant's seeds are needed to obtain 286 mg of milk thistle extract, the amount present in each of our tablets. It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store the container in a cool and dry place.
