Mielar milflores honey comes from simultaneous blooms in wild areas of the Iberian Peninsula. It has an intense flavor and aroma, with an air of scrubland. It is reputed to be a good digestive and blood regenerator. Honey is produced by bees from the nectar they collect from flower to flower. They also collect their pollen, and take it to other flowers, favoring their fertilization, that is, they help plants reproduce, being essential for the production of seeds and fruits. Its color is highly variable, from light amber to dark amber when it is liquid, and more or less tan brown once crystallized. It is recommended to eat or use according to the consumer's taste, combine it with your favorite dishes and desserts. Store in a cool, dry place. Once the product is opened for the first time, make sure to seal well after use and keep in a cool place.
