Description

1. Clean the measuring surface before use and correct the zero position. For 0 25 mm direct alignment zero: set 25 mm at the . Aim the beard knife at Quasi Zero. 2. Zero Correction Method: If the 0 bit line is not aligned with the baseline, first loosen the screw with a screwdriver, then use a wrench to adjust the baseline until it aligns with the 0 bit line, and finally tighten the screw. (Refer to instruction image 2.) 3. During measurement, ensure the micrometer is perpendicular to the workpiece. Rotate the force gauge gently until the measuring surface contacts the workpiece. When a slight 'click, click...' sound is heard, the displayed value is the actual size of the workpiece. 4. The locking device allows passive adjustment of the micro screw. Turn right to loosen and left to lock. (Refer to instruction image 3.)
