Methyl-cyst (homocysteine) 100 capsules

Metil-Cist is a dietary supplement from Betula. Homocysteine is a sulfur-containing amino acid derived from methionine metabolism. There is increasing consensus on its control to avoid hyperhomocysteinemia situations that could affect the organism's well-being. In controlling homocysteine, folic acid, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12 are very important, as they are cofactors participating in the methionine/homocysteine cycle and help recycle it. Betaine and its precursor, choline, also participate in this control. Metil-Cist is a formula that provides B-vitamin group vitamins, along with choline, betaine, and SAMe to help maintain adequate levels of homocysteine and methylating agents. Vitamin B12 is presented as methylcobalamin, folic acid as calcium L-methylfolate, and vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate, which are the active forms of these three vitamins and have greater bioavailability. With the active forms methylcobalamin, calcium L-methylfolate, and pyridoxal-5-phosphate, which have greater bioavailability. With the synergistic nutrients vitamin B2, betaine, and choline.
