Lamberts Menopause Complex contains a hop extract that provides a guaranteed level of the active compound 8-prenylnaringenin (8PN), per day. 8PN is considered to be one of the most potent phytoestrogens. Hops have been included in clinical studies investigating their effects on various menopausal symptoms. This product also provides a blend of plant-based estrogenic ingredients to help support a smooth and comfortable menopause. Lamberts® has included soy extract at a level comparable to the individual products, providing 50 mg of pure isoflavones per tablet. In addition, it contains sage extract, with a controlled, low level of thujone. This combination is designed to support women during and after menopause. It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of small children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place.
