Sotya Menocaps is a beneficial supplement for the effects produced in the body by menopause. Soy isoflavones belong to the family of phytoestrogens, and are chemically similar to estrogens. Isoflavones are phytoestrogens to a greater or lesser extent, mainly found in soybeans and red clover. The main isoflavones include genistein and daidzein. They have many beneficial effects on the body. Red clover contains coumestrol and about 2% isoflavones derived from genistein, daidzein, biochanin and aformononetin. Red clover is one of the richest sources of isoflavones, it also contains minerals such as calcium, magnesium, chromium, potassium; and vitamins such as niacin, thiamine and vitamin C. Green tea is very beneficial due to its catechin content, it controls lipoprotein, reduces blood pressure and blood sugar. It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, one in the morning and one at night. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
