Purasana Meno is a dietary supplement containing blueberry, blackberry, hawthorn and apple macerates. These ingredients help to soothe the symptoms of menopause, strengthen natural defences and are beneficial for the bones. The Purasana gemmotherapy range uses the buds, shoots, germs and rootlets or embryonic tissues of plants. These tissues contain all the properties (biochemical and energetic) of the adult plant. The gemmotherapy range, the youngest branch of phytotherapy, can be used by the whole family. It includes single bud macerates (Puragem Singles) and complex bud macerates (Puragem Complex). It is recommended to take 5-15 drops a day, 15 minutes before meals. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
