Melatonin from Super Diet is a food supplement in the form of capsules, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and reduce the effects of jet lag. It is advisable to take 1 capsule a day in the evening before bedtime with a glass of water. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of the product before bedtime for an effect on falling asleep and by consuming 0.5 mg of the product just before bedtime on the first day of the trip and the few days following the day of arrival at destination for the effect on jet lag. Maximum duration of use of 4 consecutive weeks. Reserved for adults. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
