Mct Liquid (Medium Chain Triglycerides) from Mega Plus are fats made up of saturated fatty acids, derived from vegetable fats, especially coconut and palm oil. MCTs behave very similarly to carbohydrates in the liver. This allows to avoid fat deposits and to be used to generate energy: they provide 8.3 kcal per gram, more than double that of glucose. It is recommended to take 1 tablespoon (7 ml) 3 times a day or two 2 tablespoons a few minutes before exercise. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
