The Cookut Mayonnaise Shaker is ideal for making homemade mayonnaise in minutes and by hand. A graduated glass jar and a silicone ball: that's it The Mayozen is so effective thanks to the Mayoturbo: 1 silicone ball with a very special shape inside the jar which allows an ultra fast emulsion. Perfect, easy and quick mayonnaise. You will get a firm but creamy mayonnaise with a delicious taste of homemade mayonnaise. It works with all oils (sunflower, olive ...). It is advisable to put an egg yolk, a nice tablespoon of mustard, oil and add the ball "mayo turbo" inside the jar. Shake for a few seconds, then add oil again following the graduations. Just repeat the operation until you get the desired amount.
