Energy Feelings Matcha green tea is grown and brewed differently than other green teas: for about 20 to 30 days before being harvested, the green tea plants are covered to avoid direct sunlight (shade stimulates an increase in chlorophyll and the production of amino acids in the leaves, especially l-theanine). After harvesting, the stems and thick parts are removed and the leaves are ground into a deep green powder known as Matcha (the entire leaf is consumed). ES-ECO-019-CT It is recommended to prepare easily by adding a tablespoon of tea to a cup of water and mixing with the help of a small whisk. It can be sweetened with quality sugar (panela, coconut sugar ...), with honey or stevia.
